Martin Nordic IT Team Member
Martin Hvass Mørup
Vice President of Operations

Martin studied Computer Science at the University of Copenhagen and Software Development at the IT University of Copenhagen. He has been working with IT in the maritime industry for the last 18 years, and he most recently served as the Head of IT at J. Lauritzen A/S. Martin’s strong educational background and extensive experience have provided a solid knowledge base on building and improving the software.

Martin was drawn to work at Nordic IT based on his previous experience with our exciting product, and the innovative team behind it. Martin’s favorite reMARK feature, and the one that he finds himself utilizing most often, is the ability to apply rules to incoming emails. With reMARK, Martin can be more efficient and organized in his inbox. 

When Martin is not building software, you can find him flying hot air balloons! Flying hot air balloons gives Martin the opportunity to meet and spend time with other people, challenge himself, enjoy nature, and travel to many beautiful places. 

Martin has even won 7 Danish and 1 Nordic championship for hot air balloons.

Thomas Nordic IT Team
THOMAS LEANDER MATTHIESEN JENSEN
General Manager, European Operations

Thomas is the General Manager of European Operations and he is in charge of running the office in Copenhagen, as well as taking care of customers through the support department. Thomas also does software implementations for European-based customers.  

After graduating from high school, Thomas almost immediately got a job a Nordic IT, and he hasn’t looked back. For Thomas, the most rewarding part of working at Nordic IT is that he genuinely enjoys going to work every day. No two days are the same, and he enjoys the challenge of his daily tasks. Thomas also enjoys the accompaniment of his colleagues.

Thomas’s favorite feature of reMARK is the Mobile App. With the reMARK app, Thomas can access his team’s inbox from anywhere, at any time with a quick click of a button.  

When Thomas isn’t working, he likes to spend quality time with his family and friends. Thomas also enjoys some occasional gaming.

Brady Nordic IT Team
JUSTIN BRADY

Justin is the Chief Executive Officer at Nordic IT. He is responsible for leading all strategic and business operations of Nordic IT.                                                      

Justin holds a B.A. in American History from Washington and Lee University and an MAA in Administration from the University of the Incarnate Word. Before finding his way to Nordic IT, Justin operated as Vice President of Customer Success for Rackspace, leading a team of 250 employees supporting customers across multiple dedicated and cloud server product lines. His passion for building a great culture and developing people has allowed him to consistently create high-performing and highly engaged teams over the years. 

Justin also operated as the Director of IT for a large San Antonio-based law firm. He was responsible for the strategic planning and the operation of all hardware and software solutions, along with the associated networking and telephony infrastructure.

Justin is originally from New York and moved to San Antonio in 2001. When he is not at work, Justin likes to spend time with his wife Kim and their two young daughters. In their free time, they enjoy going to the beach or exploring the Texas countryside.

Dmitry Nordic IT Team
DMITRY HOHLIN
Head of Product Development

Dmitry is the Head of Product Development at Nordic IT, and he is responsible for product management, the leadership of the development team, and conducting actual software development. As the Head of Product Development, he leads Nordic IT in research for product enhancements, and product redesigns to make reMARK the best collaborative email software.

Dmitry has an MS Degree in Computer Science from St. Petersburg Polytechnic University. He came aboard the Nordic IT team as a software developer back in August 2009, and he was happy to contribute to the development of both the reMARK platform and its predecessor, MARK5.

Dmitry’s favorite parts about working at Nordic IT are his team, the product, and the users. The Nordic IT team is diverse and distributed all over the globe, and is still supportive to all members. Dmitry feels that MARK5 possessed rich features and now reMARK has built on that and will continue to rapidly develop and improve. He is appreciative of the community of users who are ready to openly share feedback so that he can continue to make additional improvements.

Dmitry’s favorite reMARK feature is the Team Overview because it gives him the ability to take a quick glance and find what exactly happened to an email, whether somebody read it, replied, etc. The Team Overview function has allowed Dmitry to more effectively collaborate on every email thread, and give his team complete transparency of their inboxes.

Most of Dmitry’s spare time is spent with his lovely wife and two little daughters, however, when he’s not with them, you can find him on a long-distance run training for a marathon race.

LARS FISCHER
Sales Director

Lars is the Sales Director of Nordic IT, and one of his largest responsibilities is ensuring Nordic IT meets its global sales goals. He is also in charge of the general management of the sales organization as a whole.

Lars has a Bachelor’s degree in software engineering from the Technical University of Denmark. His interest in sales was piqued by a part-time job during his university days, and he has been with Nordic IT since finishing his studies. Nordic IT gives Lars the freedom to try different sales approaches and methods while also allowing him to continue traveling and meeting exciting new personas daily. Lars feels that being at Nordic IT has allowed him to appreciate the B2B sales process where solution matching and technical knowledge are key rather than the fancy meaningless sales phrases.

Lars’ favorite reMARK feature is the templates available on the reMARK App. Lars also finds himself frequently using the instant filter features to quickly search through column information. Both the templates and filters ultimately allow Lars to answer emails faster, cut costs, and drive revenue.

Lars likes to watch tv shows and movies while traveling, and when he isn’t working, he likes to play the occasional badminton match. Pre pandemic, he could also never pass up a good party.

Andy Nordic IT Team
ANDY NEO
General Manager, Asia

Andy is the General Manager of the Asia division, so he is in charge of managing the Nordic IT team in Singapore. He helps service and develops the Greater Asia customer base by providing both reMARK and IT management services.

Andy has a diploma in Infocomm Technology from Nanyang Polytechnic, and before coming to Nordic IT, he completed his Mandatory National Service for the Singapore Army as a Signaller. Andy’s constant motivation to improve was matched by Nordic IT’s persistent push for innovative products and services, and that is how he found his career match in Nordic IT. Andy has supported Nordic IT since the days of legacy protocols like Telexes and Faxes and continues to through today’s adoption of cloud technologies.

Andy’s favorite reMARK capability is the search function. The quick search and filtering functionalities that reMARK implements save him tons of time each day. He also enjoys that reMARK gives him the confidence to know that no emails will ever be lost due to local archiving or filing.

When Andy isn’t working, he enjoys taking daily walks with his wife and dog. You can also find him watching every Liverpool FC game as he is a die-hard fan.
