  3. Users can set editing permissions for now or in the future. It can be set to supervisor only or for everyone to view. It’s important to note that you may lose access to the content if you are not a supervisor and check Supervisor access only.
  4. From there, you can define the conditions that determine what emails get filtered into the folder, with the ability to include and exclude certain conditions. 
  5. Select the + sign to include or exclude conditions. Emails that match specific criteria are automatically placed in the folder upon arrival. 
  6. Excluding conditions means emails with the matching requirements are excluded from the Smart Folder.
